Wheat Diamond Jewelers wants to you to have the very best online shopping experience. We understand that occasionally this may mean the need to return an item.

For up to 7 days from the date you received your item you may return your purchase. All returned items must be in original condition. Any items showing any signs of wear, alteration, resizing, or damage will not be refunded, or exchanged. How to Prepare Your Return/Exchange:

1. If you wish to return your item please use the original packaging.
2. If you are making a partial return, please include an invoice or packing list indicating which items are being returned.
3. If you do not have your packing list, please contact the store directly at (517) 349-0101.
4. Write either EXCHANGE or RETURN on the outside of the package.
5. Custom designed, special order or engraved items are non-returnable; that includes engagement rings and wedding bands. However, if you notice an error or defect in the item that you received, please contact us as soon as possible. These issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
